The City of New York is seeking Million from Bad Boy Records CEO, Sean “Diddy” Combs owes to them by thousands of people and companies for illegally plastering promotional posters all over the city, and they are starting with Diddy who owes $996,000. NYC finance commissioner David Frankel quoted saying “we are going to find these people, turn them upside down by their ankles and shake them until the money comes out of their pockets.” Also accused is Doug E. Fresh, Mickey Rourke’s plastic surgeon, and rapper Remy Ma’s defense lawyer. According to Bad Boy representative the $996,000 bill was paid years ago by a partnering company and that the city has yet to update its records.

No rope swinging for Mariah Carey she’s now part of a list of celebrity Diva that’s expecting. Alicia Keys and Celine Dion are both in the list motherhood. Mariah who has been ready to start a family with her husband Nick Cannon, was seen leaving a Los Angeles fertility clinic last month, not to mention she has dropped out of Tyler Perry’s upcoming movie For Colored Girls. Reps for Mariah say she was advised not to do the movie by her doctors and that was all they were allowed to comment. However, her hubby Nick Cannon took to twitter yesterday to tell everyone “If & when my wife is ready to make ANY announcements about private matters she will do it personally. Thanks for being respectful GodBless” It’s no secret that Mariah and Nick want a big family, and an inside source says the couple is excited about expecting twins.

Kelly Rowland has landed a new record deal with Universal Motown. Universal label head Sylvia Rhone announced that the former Destiny Child member will become part of the Motown family. After Kelly was dropped by Columbia Record she enjoyed some success without a record label collaborating with David Guetta.

During the announcement by Sylvia Rhone, President of Universal Motown Records she was quoted saying “I think Kelly is an immensely talented, gracious, and beautiful woman, and I am thrilled about the opportunity to work with her on what will turning out to be an amazing album.
