The City of New York is seeking Million from Bad Boy Records CEO, Sean “Diddy” Combs owes to them by thousands of people and companies for illegally plastering promotional posters all over the city, and they are starting with Diddy who owes $996,000. NYC finance commissioner David Frankel quoted saying “we are going to find these people, turn them upside down by their ankles and shake them until the money comes out of their pockets.” Also accused is Doug E. Fresh, Mickey Rourke’s plastic surgeon, and rapper Remy Ma’s defense lawyer. According to Bad Boy representative the $996,000 bill was paid years ago by a partnering company and that the city has yet to update its records.
